We serve the entire Willamette Valley, and are members of both area multiple listing services: the Portland Multiple Listing Service and the Willamette Valley Multiple Listing Service. That means any homes you list with us will get significant exposure to other buyers and Realtors locally, regionally and statewide.

Owner and founder Dave Christoff moved to Woodburn, Oregon in 1968 with his wife Jane, where they raised two children. Dave became a Realtor in 1977, and began managing Woodburn Real Estate firms in 1985. In 1995, Dave opened his own Real Estate business, Hallmark Properties, Inc. and has been serving the community with his expertise ever since.
